5.1 Welcome Bonus

After creating a new account on key11, a 100% bonus is awarded on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit is not added. Example:

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus must be used within a specified period — this will be stated with each offer.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.
• key11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If you request account closure, any active bonuses will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games — certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the key11 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Registering with fake or false information.
• Using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Following unusual betting patterns with the intent of abusing the bonus system.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Contacting others while posing as a key11 employee or representative.
• Depositing funds from a third party into an account.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, key11 will immediately close the account, forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or published without prior written permission, except for personal and non-commercial use.

9.2 By the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however any active bonuses and associated bonus balances will be forfeited.
